	We arrange regular meetings with your site manager to ensure – building progress, issues addressed and dealt with.
	Project manager and senior management are available to you at all times
	We keep our sites tidy and clean to meet health and safety requirements.
	We take every job equally important – from plastering and painting to big flat refurbishments and extensions.
	We are happy to guarantee for at least 12 months all work carried out by Surrey Local Builders’ employees.
	We pride ourselves to satisfy all our client’s needs and we promise to continue to do so!
