We are confident to complete a full renovation, including all design, building work, re-wire, demolition of internal walls, new layout and partitioning, dropped featured ceilings, central heating, plumbing, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, new fire place, traditional coving & all decoration. Size of contract is less important to us than having the confidence that we have the necessary skills and equipments to offer a cost effective and managed solution to the client’s problems.

Our vision is to provide the very BEST custom home building services in London and the South. We are happy to guarantee for at least 12 months all work carried out by Surrey Local Builders’ employees. The guarantee period shall start as from the date on which the customer signs the final acceptance protocol. We will not charge extra cost if any cosmetic work is required!
