Our Warranty

We at Surrey Local Builders are committed to provide the highest levels of services to all our customers. We will never leave a project until it meats all health and safety requirements and our customers are fully satisfied. We are happy to guarantee for at least 12 months all work carried out by Surrey Local Builders’ employees. The guarantee period shall start as from the date on which the customer signs the final acceptance protocol. We will not charge extra cost if any cosmetic work is required!

Upon completion of the project the client will be provided with an Acceptance protocol which will describe in details all the work that has been done as per the preliminary agreement signed. The client and the project manager will re-asses the completed job and should there be additional requirements from the client further action shall be mutually agreed upon by the customer and Surrey Local Builders.

By signing the protocol of acceptance the customer confirms that the work done by Surrey Local Builders complies with the contractual requirements.
